I’ve lived here for 2 years and I must say, I have never been disappointed. The office staff is always so helpful, they really get to know you, and they’re friendly. The apartments are huge for the price. Pest control is a constant, if you keep your place clean you’ll rarely see a bug. The maintenance staff is top notch, quick with your concerns, and will happily greet you in passing. The staff seriously understand this is your home and do everything in their power to make your stay here great.

Lived here for the past 2 years, and for a college student it’s great for the price you are paying! Smack in the middle not too far from either TAMUCC or Del Mar College. The women working in the leasing office and always so sweet and helpful with any questions you may have, maintenance as well is always very helpful and get to reports pretty quick after being made! Would highly recommend to the next person.

Great staff and maintenance crew. Friendly and always available. Recently had some work inside the apartment while I was out and when I can home, everything was left nice and neat. 5 stars.
